Terms and Conditions

By booking and/or participating in any Blue Coast Watersports / Horizon Tours B.V. activity, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. Check-in & Identification
  • A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
  • The credit card holder who made the booking must be present at check-in.
  • Guests must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled activity start time.
  • Late arrivals may still participate if it does not interfere with the next scheduled tour; however, the activity will be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time.
  • Guests who arrive after the scheduled departure time will be considered No Shows. No Shows are non-refundable.
  1. Age & License Requirements
  • Jet Ski Drivers: Must be 18 years or older and hold a valid ID.
  • ATV & Buggy Drivers: Must be 21 years or older and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Passengers: Minimum height requirement is 1.35 meters (4′5″). Younger passengers may participate as long as they meet this height requirement and can safely wear provided safety equipment.
  • Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Service will be refused without refund if a guest is deemed intoxicated.
  1. Safety Policy
  • Safety is our top priority. All guests must wear the provided safety equipment (life jackets, helmets, goggles, etc.) at all times.
  • All participants must follow the instructions of Blue Coast Watersports / Horizon Tours B.V. guides and staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without refund.
  • Guests acknowledge that water sports and off-road activities carry inherent risks. Participation is at your own risk.
  1. Weather Policy
  • Tours may be postponed or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, at the discretion of Blue Coast Watersports / Horizon Tours B.V. staff.
  • If a tour is canceled due to weather and cannot be rescheduled, a refund for the tour price (excluding online service fees) will be provided.
  1. Cancellation & No Show Policy
  • Cancellations 48+ hours before tour: Full refund (excluding service fees).
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of tour: No refund.
  • No Shows: Charged in full.
  • Boats reservation downpayment are non-refundable
  1. Damages & Liability
  • Guests are responsible for damages caused by reckless or negligent behavior during the tour.
  • Blue Coast Watersports / Horizon Tours B.V. reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for repair or replacement costs resulting from intentional misuse or reckless operation of equipment.
  • In addition, guests may be charged a daily loss-of-use fee (“day pay”) for each day the equipment is unavailable due to damage, calculated at the standard daily tour rate of that equipment.
  • All accidents or damages must be reported immediately to Blue Coast Watersports / Horizon Tours B.V. staff.
  1. Insurance*
  • Blue Coast Watersports / Horizon Tours B.V. maintains liability insurance for operations.
  • Physical damages to equipment caused by guests are not covered and remain the responsibility of the participant.
  • We recommend guests check whether personal insurance (homeowner, renter, auto, or credit card policies) covers participation in such activities.
  1. Risks & Waiver
  • By participating, all guests acknowledge and accept the risks associated with water sports and off-road activities.
  • All participants are required to sign a Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement upon arrival.
  • Blue Coast Watersports / Horizon Tours B.V., its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation.
  1. General
  • Blue Coast Watersports / Horizon Tours B.V. reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any guest from a tour for policy violations, unsafe conduct, intoxication, or inappropriate/disruptive behavior (including but not limited to aggression, harassment, refusal to follow instructions, or any action that endangers staff, other guests, or equipment).
  • Blue Coast Watersports / Horizon Tours B.V. also reserves the right to terminate a tour immediately if a guest fails to comply with the established rules and safety instructions.
  • Guests removed from an activity or whose tour is terminated for these reasons are not entitled to a refund.
  • Prices and tour availability are subject to change. Current details are listed on our website.
  • Refunds, when applicable, will be issued via the original payment method or company voucher.

*Insurance:

Blue Coast Watersports carries liability insurance coverage for all equipment, however physical damages incurred during the rental period are NOT covered. Damage caused by reckless driving are at cost of the driver(s). Renter is fully responsible for all of the costs related to damage to the equipment including lost rental revenues. A lot can happen on the water like big waves, wind, storm, sinkage, running aground, sucking up a towrope, or just bumping the dock or another boat.

Please check homeowner, renter, auto, or credit card policies to see if there is an endorsement available to you. This is an inexpensive alternative that most people can access fairly easily.
